Connectors improvements

• SE Lansförsakringar: fixed amount format sent to the bank and changed PIS options: Domestic debtor account identification is now mandatory.
• EU Swan: fix for transactions synchronization, some accounts may not be synchronized.
• ES *: better handling of unexpected answer from the bank when refreshing the token.

Change in authentication

The docker is handling the authentication with our API. Until now, it was getting a token and checking the license separately. We have changed it to avoid the license check. Your applications are linked to licenses in our system so we know which licenses to take upon authentication.

The licenseKey field in Docker configuration is not needed anymore if you run the last version of the docker.
