Connectors improvement
- IT BPER & Banco di Sardegna: prevent sending the post code only if the country is Italy or the bank will raise an error validating it.
- PT CGD: the bank is sending balance type Closing Booked (CLBD) that was chasing during the day. They confirm that it's an Interim Booked (ITBD). They will change it in the future. Meanwhile, we are changing it to ITBD in the connector.
