Changes related to version 4.0.14.
Connectors improvements
- Revolut: improvement in handling of IBAN in (rare) case of account migration. In some case of migration of an account from LT to another country, Revolut is sending both the LT and the other country IBAN. We are now taking the non-LT in preference.

- Lansforsakringar: fix for a format error happening during list of payment accounts.
- ICA banken
- fix for regex, lowercase letters were missing.
- fix timezone of requested execution time sent to the bank.
- Handelsbanken: fix for handling of finalize during a decoupled phase. Now the RETRY or DONE are returned or an error "access_denied" if the SCA didn't went well. Error description can be:
- The user cancelled the verification in BankID app
- Transaction expired
- Invalid request
- Transaction cancelled
- Resource invoked too frequently
- Failed to start verification in BankID app
- Other BankID error
- User's BankID not activated with our services
- User does not have the required agreement
- The PSU has cancelled the verification in BankID app
- SCA roundtrip: fix for white page during callback from the bank. In some rare circumstances, the PSU was stop on our SCA callback page (SCAFinish).
- Wise: fix for remittance information not sent back on get status
