Connectors improvements
- BE Beobank: after analysis of real case and exchange with the bank, the CLBD (closing booked) balance sent by the bank appear to be a ITBD (interim booked). We have changed our mapping to send you back ITBD. The saved transactions will not be updated and will stay CLBD.
- GR Piraeus: we have added the Instant payments
- ES Loboral Kutxa: we added the Instant payments
Transactions processing improvement
We were reported that we are returning duplicated transactions for ING Belgium. After some investigations, we spotted that the bank is sending multiple time the same transaction. In fact it's the same transaction but more or less complete. Some data is present in some records while absent from other.
We complained and exchanged with the support to fix this but, since we don't get a satisfying answer, we don't see any will to improve the supplied data on their side.
To improved the quality of the transactions processed in SkyBridge (Gateway) and avoid duplicates we did the following:
- For all the connectors, we improved our alerting system whenever
- we are facing duplicated transaction ids,
- we are facing inconsistent transaction ids like mix of null and value.
- In BE ING, we are merging the data in a best way to eliminate the duplicates, provide the more data we can for each transactions, trying to circumvent absent data or to improve the description or remittance information.
