Connector improvements
- IT: in some error cases, the payment id was not returned in the error message.
- EU Revolut: the transactions were not returned after 90 days from the consent despite the fact that the consent was 180 days. To make it work back, the consent must be renewed by the PSU.
- Fixed null reference exception when trying to delete an account that has already been deleted.
- In case of SCA or Validation error, a error category is also returned in sdkStatus:
- 503000 for ScaException
- 51000 for ValidationException
