Connectors improvements
- SK VUB (2252): add workaround on IPv6 not accepted by the bank until they fix the problem.
- IT all banks: the error message "The payment was rejected by the bank. (Technical information: XX)" has been simplified in the technical part.
- FI Danske bank (1103): fix for the instant payment done as normal payments.
- AT Bawag (119): fix for missing flow id in callback to TPP.
