Connectors improvements

DE Sparkasse: Improved handling of transaction amount sign.
ING: Improved remittance parsing to extract the counterparty account when it is not available in the dedicated structured fields. Since ING is not giving (willing to give?) the expected information, it's a work in progress on our side based on the real data we are facing.
