Connectors improvements

- fix problem when getting payment status too early, between payment init and payment finalize.
- fix for malformed payment redirection URL.
- Note that there is still a problem at paylment finalize, the bank is not sending back the mandatory authorization code. We are still pushing them to fix this.
- NL Rabobank (1127): fix for some unexpected value in some transactions that was breaking the parsing.
- LU BGL/BNP (45): fix unexpected date format in get balance.
