Connectors improvements

BE Nagelmackers: the bank is sending Closing Booked (CLBD) balances that are changing during the day! In fact, they are sending an Expected (XPCT). They are analyzing the possibility to change it in the future. Meanwhile, we have converted in our connector CLBD to XPCT for better interpretation.

improved bank return interpretation from payment finalization when status is rejected or cancel during the SCA, we return an SCA Exception (HTTP 412).
FR LCL: fixed missing payment confirmation sent to the bank that was preventing the payment to be done.
